Agreement
These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Phoenix Cleaning Crew in Maricopa County, AZ. By booking a cleaning you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Prices quoted through this site are estimates based on the information you provide — typically bedrooms, bathrooms, service type, and any add-ons. Standard cleaning starts at $115, deep cleaning at $170, and move-in/move-out at $200. If the home differs materially from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before starting work rather than surprising you on the invoice.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time. If our cleaners cannot get in and cannot reach you, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged a fee to cover the crew's reserved time.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods shown on your invoice.
Satisfaction
If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to correct it at no charge. This is our standard remedy for a cleaning that did not meet the agreed scope.
What we do not clean
For safety reasons our cleaners do not handle biohazards, pest infestations, mold remediation, or heavy lifting, and do not climb above two-step ladders. We will tell you if something falls outside the scope.
Damage and liability
We are insured. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve it. Please secure irreplaceable or high-value items before a cleaning. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service except where the law provides otherwise.
