When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect only what we need to serve you:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The service address and details about the home (bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons)
- Notes you choose to send us
- Basic analytics about how you found and used this site, including referring pages and campaign tags
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payments, when taken, are processed by our payment provider, which handles card data directly.
How we use it
We use your information to send you a quote, schedule and perform the cleaning, follow up about your service, and keep records of work performed. We may text or email you about your request — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us directly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — our scheduling and messaging platform, our payment processor, and the cleaners assigned to your job — and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
